All of our products are hand-made and custom. We want you to be happy with your product. If you are not happy, we will work with you to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. If, however, you decide to return a product please be aware of the following:

• For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund (less a 30% restocking fee) based upon the original payment method. For all products, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.  In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) you are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping; and (iii) all items must be returned in their original, like-new condition. No refunds will be issued for used or damaged goods.

• For any ordered prior to shipping, we offer a 75% refund, reflecting the expenditure of our efforts to produce your unique artisan product.
